Twelfth Annual Scarecrow Fest! This one day event includes: Flea Market & Crafts, Build-A-Scarecrow, Duck Raffle, Music by “Blackwater” in Tower Park, Second Annual Pie & Cake Auction, Free Carriage Rides, Phoenix Park Bandshell “Piper Road Spring Band” Concert, of course Scarecrows displayed throughout downtown, and lots of FUN!
